DAO Report 04/10/23

Happy Easter everyone!

This week we’ve been continuing to work on the rebrand, had another successful proposal, and the widget is in its final stages.

First things first, we’ve been working with a designer on a new Eclipse logo and color scheme. The logo has been evolving and we’re trying to get it perfect — minimalist, eye-catching, and memorable. We want it to be Eclipse-themed but not too spacey, which is proving a bit difficult. We’ll keep working on it and soliciting community feedback to make sure it’s the best logo possible.

We’ve also seen the passage of the paid positions proposal. The goal of having a paid spokesperson and community builder is to reinvigorate the community and get the new name out there. All of us here know how special our community and token are, we just need the rest of the world to catch on.

We also have a meeting today with dAppd to go over the final stages of the widget. They’ve pretty much got it completed, we just need to have a run-through of the product so we can spot any areas we want more polishing. It’s almost ready and we’re super excited to see what they’ve done!
